This is the complete ranking structure for NIS Gaming Community. Ranking up can only happen if you are recruiting, working withing your division, or because of time. Always follow the rank structure and go to Officers for any issues that may arise. Keep issues within your division unless there is a definite need due to circumstance to go above your General.

About Founder: Required to run the clan and website as a whole. Also to seek out new members and possible sponsorships.
Community Manager
NIS Battle VI
About Community Manager: the community manager is in charge and oversees all website / social media operations for the community. Oversees and handles sponsorships and partnerships with company's and fellow community's / networks. Works out alliance and issues with fellow community's. helps to seek out new members and As well as any other responsibilities to further NIS as a whole. The community director works and reports directly to the founder and the founder can add new duties and responsibilities to the community manager.
Community Manager's Assistant

About Community Managers Assistant: Works directly with the community manager, is to do tasks that are assigned to him or her from the community manager and / or the founder. Help seeking recruits, and sponsorship. A right hand person to handle any and all issues not readily able to be handled by the higher ups.
Pro Team Director

About Pro Team Director: Runs the tryouts and all of the team functionality with the Founder. Required to hold meetings and run all gamebattles along side the Founder.
Graphics Team Director

About Graphics Team Director: A team of people to work on graphics and videos for the clan. This is not a rank but a job within your rank if you are interested in this please contact NIS Toasty VI.
Clan Ranks
Community Supervisors- Required to watch over the community as a whole and deal with any and all issues that can be handled before it is brought to the Founder.
Community Directors- Required to attend the meetings of each division to ensure the same information is taken to all corners of NIS. As well as to handle any and all lesser issues before it is brought any higher. In the case a Director cannot fix an issue they are required to work with the Supervisors to come to a clear answer.
Trainer- In charge of constructing call outs and ways to hold maps during community game play. As well as helping the pro team with call outs and strategies.
General- In charge of a whole division, required to hold meetings, keep members recruiting, keep members active and to be active themselves. The General is the leader of his or her division, they need to be able to fix issues on their own before taking it any higher. Generals may divide their jobs down into the lower ranks.
Major- Majors are the Generals back-up. Help run meetings, keep people motivated and recruiting. Also to maintain the rules of the community while keeping members active and handling any and all smaller issues within your division.
Captain- Captains are the backbone of NIS they need to keep totals of members, recruit dates, as well as handing down the rules to new members.
Lieutenant- The eyes of NIS are required to play with new members and see if they will be a fit for the community. If they feel someone is not right for NIS they can talk to the Major or General about possible removal.
Chief Warrant Officer- The arms of NIS are required to reach out to players outside the community and find new members, either by recruiting themselves or getting with other members to recruit together.
Warrant Officer- The legs of NIS are required to seek out members and play with them, start recruiting teams, and spend time playing with any new members.
Master Sergeant- Must learn the rules and rank structure, and have the ability to help the captain with ensuring all new members have the rules and website.
Sergeant- Recruit, watch over lesser ranks, and prepare for leadership. Be willing to do jobs in your division and be an active member in any and all forms.
Corporal- Recruit, watch over the lesser ranks and report any issues or misconduct.
Specialist- Recruit and take on jobs within your division.
Private First Class- Begin recruiting, and taking on jobs within your division.
Private- The first stage of official membership in NIS.
Recruit- Recruit status lasts one week after that week if they have shown themselves to be worthy members of the NIS Gaming Community they will be moved to the Private ranking.
From Recruit to Private is the only rank up based solely on time. Members need to memorize the rules and rank structure as well as the people in the positions. The more your willing to do and the more time you put in the further your going to go. No favoritism will be played here, you move up, down or even out based on how you do things. So take the time to learn, follow and lead.
